I think its funny how people call this killing babies. Maybe if people didn’t just listen to their religion and though for themselves they would know this will save lives in the long run. Also, TheEditorialist, Bush thought that it was bad and did actually ban federal funding on it. Obama might not have any business deciding where to spend money but he does on whether or not to. Im glad it passed.

Bush had no business banning stem cell research with an executive order. So really, Obama is undoing what Bush had no business doing in the first place. Since when does the prez decide where to spend money, that’s the congress’ job.
These executive orders are getting out of hand anyway. This place is turning into a fucking dictatorship one prez at a time.

Alright!! another lame excuse to slaughter unborn babies!! Embryonic stem cell research is USELESS!! Much better results are being seen from patients’ own stem cells. Also this method eliminates cell rejection. There is no rational excuse to create babies for the express purpose of KILLING THEM!
